Policies

How to book

  • All bookings are now to be made through my online booking system. You can find the book now button at the top of this page in the menu bar. If you would like to  contact me about a potential treatment before booking please email info@novotherapies.com 

  • Bookings are open 8 weeks in advance.

  • Each booking requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

  • If you need to re-schedule your appointment and it is outside 72 hours of your appointment time then this deposit can be moved to the new appointment date.

  • If you wish to cancel / reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and  a new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment date.

  • If you cannot find a time suitable for you or, for example you need 30 minutes earlier than is available, then please contact me at info@novothereapies.com and  I will see if this is possible.

  • Once you have made your booking and secured your deposit a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you are a new client a consultation form will also be sent to you.

  • Please fill this consultation form in prior to your appointment.

  • You can manage your appointment through the booking system, so if you need to cancel / reschedule please try to do this here.

Cancellation / rescheduling

  • Novo Therapies requires 72 hours (3 days) or more notice to cancel / reschedule an appointment.

  • If wanting to reschedule the non-refundable deposit can be moved to the desired date.

  • If 72 hours (3 days) or less notice is given your deposit is forfeited. If 48 hrs or less notice is given 100% of the treatment will be required before a new appointment can be booked.

  • The time booked for the client is reserved for the clients exclusive use. When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, Novo Therapies is often unable to fill the slot & therefore at a financial loss.

  • Novo Therapies is not unreasonable. If you are having an emergency or a sudden illness please contact info@novotherapies.com or 07714784898.

  • Please understand & respect that this is my sole income & I often cannot fill spaces with less than a weeks notice. These policies are in place to cover me & I rarely have cancellations / no shows etc.

Arrival

  • Novo Therapies requires clients to arrive promptly for their service.

  • I will meet you in The Atrium reception 2 minutes before the start of your appointment.

  • If you are early please text Novo Therapies on 07714784898 & if they are ready for you they will come to meet you.

​

Late Arrival

  • Novo Therapies is often booked back to back, arriving more than 10 minutes late for an appointment will result in immediate cancellation, or an adjusted appointment where Novo Therapies fits in the most important parts of the service. Full payment will still be required.

  • If you are running late please let Novo Therapies know ASAP either by emailing info@novotherapies.com or texting on 07714784898.

In-Studio Etiquette

  • Please make yourself comfortable in the studio. I have hooks for coats, etc. I provide water (depending on availability) but please feel free to bring your own refreshments.

  • Nail clients please be aware that I will need your hands during treatments. Touching of hair, face, or going in your bag can result in unwanted oils / debris which can cause an adverse affect to the result of the nails.

Children & animals

Children and animals are not permitted in the studio. My space is small, I have expensive equipment, toxic liquids & sharp tools within reach. I cannot risk a child or animal being near and having access to these.

Age requirements

16+

Change of mind

Novo Therapies will not issue price adjustments / refunds for change of mind. If you have booked a 90 minute massage but only desire 60 minutes on the day, you will still be charged for 90 minutes.

​

Inclusivity

Novo Therapies welcome and respect all genders, Non-binary & Gender fluid people, the entire spectrum of the LGBTQI+ community, the elderly, all people of colour & all religions.

 

There will be no talk of politics, race or religion in the studio.

​

Right to refuse service

Novo Therapies will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour. Novo Therapies retains the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. Including but not limited to: frequent cancellations, lateness, failure to comply with policies included in this document.

​

Silent Service

  • Novo Therapies happily offers a silent service to anyone that requests it.

  • Clients can request this via their booking notes or via email at info@novotherapies.com .

  • This includes if they want music on or not during treatment.

  • Novo Therapies will ask necessary questions to ensure client is happy and comfortable with the treatment.

 

Payment methods

  • Novo therapies accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Bank transfer: Miss ellie bailey sort code: 306799 Account number: 57908660

  • Online booking system - you can go back and pay in full.

  • Square in person terminal - chip & pin / contactless payment.

  • Cash - Novo Therapies does not carry change so please make sure you have the correct amount if you wish to pay by cash. Novo Therapies does not hold any cash on the premises.

  • Payment is required BEFORE leaving the premises. Payment in advance is also accepted.
